Growing up in central Michigan, Dr. Kate Wezensky was raised on a fourth-generation family farm in Leaton. She enjoyed showing animals at the Isabella County Fair and being involved in the local community. Dr. Kate loves outdoor activities, and you will often find her hiking, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, and skiing.
Dr. Kate received her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and later returned to pursue her doctorate in audiology at Salus University. Her love of audiology began as a result of having grown up close to her grandparents, who both served in the military and developed hearing loss as a result. Dr. Kate observed the impact of their hearing loss upon family interactions and truly understands the importance of healthy hearing. She believes good communication is the key to gaining wisdom and enjoying the world around us.
