Melissa Neu, HIS, is a Michigan native and graduated from Beal City High School. Mel knows what it’s like to lose your hearing as she had ear infections as a child and, once employed at Allied Hearing, it was discovered that she had a hearing loss.

A Navy veteran, Mel is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who strives to ensure that every patient receives the very best technology and care. She is an exceptional problem solver and if you are experiencing issues with your hearing aids, Mel is the person to see. She was awarded the Young Professional of the Year by the Young Professionals Organization in 2022. When not at work, Mel can be found enjoying the sunshine with her family. She is a great cook — ask her about her famous blueberry lemonade cupcakes!
