Veronica Alward, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Originally from Ohio, Veronica was active in the high school band, volunteered in the community, and attended Ethics Conferences and Business Symposiums. She was awarded the Semper Fidelis Award in 2001 which is presented to a student who displays traits that the Marine Corps considers essential to being a good leader: endurance, knowledge, unselfishness, dependability, enthusiasm, loyalty and musical excellence.

After moving to the mid-Michigan area, Veronica graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science Interdisciplinary and a minor in Psychology. Her love of the medical sciences and helping people made being a Hearing Instrument Specialist a perfect fit for her. She loves being active in her community and is on the Alma CAC Health board, an Optimist club member, and volunteers as a youth leader and in the nursery at her church. When not volunteering, Veronica spends her time with her family and attending their sporting events. In her free time, she likes to draw, paint, craft, and is an avid book reader. Her favorite book is Pride and Prejudice.
